Our manuscript was accepted by JACS Au of ACS. Congratulations to Qiang Guo and all co-workers. In this study, we identified key residues in ApNGT potentially responsible for the substrate recognition and enzymatic catalysis. To investigate the biological functions of N-glycosylation, particular mutatants were utilized to install N-Glycans at noncanonical sequons.
